Mongoose announced six titles for this summer and fall from its Flaming Cobra line, including Cthulhutech and Spycraft Version 2.0 rule books.
The previously announced CthulhuTech (see 'Cthulhutech Hardcover') core rule book ($44.95, 288 pages), now scheduled for late June, will introduce the CthulhuTech property and Framewerk game rules engine.
Slated for late July, Spycraft Version 2.0 ($49.95, 496-page hardcover) is an updated core rulebook which expands character options, refines rules and is suitable for any scenario, genre and setting. It includes up-to-date errata and features a reorganized gear chapter. Also on deck for Spycraft in late July is the World on Fire campaign book ($34.95, 160 softcover).
Due out this fall, Ten Thousand Bullets is a Spycraft setting ($34.95, 160-page hardcover) by Alex Flagg. Scott Gearin, and Patrick Kapera. Ten Thousand Bullets allows players to run any style of street campaign (gangster epics, police procedurals, etc.) and the city setting is portable to nearly any d20 or OGL game.
Two Extreme Fantasy offering are coming out at the end of the month: the Nephandum RPG core rule book ($34.95, 160-page hardcover) and The Immortals Handbook -- Beastiary. Nephandum, by Massimo Bianchini and Mario Pasqualotto, is compatable with any d20 system and introduces the Nephandum: five dark entities that rule over five aspects of fear. The Immortals Handbook--Beastiary ($24.95, 96-page hardcover) features expanded size rules allowing creatures of any size and concepts related to density and virtual size. It includes a damage table that helps calculate damage based on monster size and more than 40 monsters.
