Emmy Rossum has been cast to play Bulma, the female lead role, in the upcoming Dragonball feature film (see 'Dragonball Movie Greenlit') currently shooting in Los Angeles and Mexico, according to Variety.  

Rossum has a ten year TV and feature acting career (Poseidon was the latest), and recently released a solo album.
