Fruits Basket fans are going to have an opportunity to see earlier work by creator Natsuki Takaya when the company launches Phantom Dream in December.  The five volume series, Takaya's first published manga, was known as Geneimuso in Japan.  It will be cross-promoted with Fruits Basket via a preview in Fruits Basket Vol. 21. 

The next Fruits Basket volume, Vol. 19, will be made available in its entirety on the Tokyopop Website in a teaser promotion prior to the street date next week.  But the access to the Web version is going to be limited, because the book will be available for only 19 minutes this Friday evening at 19:19 ET.  Other promotional activities on the site will also help stimulate demand for the book.
