The December 23rd print edition of Video Business reports that Pat Wyatt, president of home video and consumer products operations at Fox, is resigning to create a new production company that will produce animation combining a Japanese look with American storytelling. The new works will be designed specifically for home viewing. Wyatt also expects to rely heavily on merchandising to drive company revenues.
