Comics One will release ParaPara, a full color, 5.5' x 8', 128-page graphic novel, in January.  Popular Hong Kong artist Andy Seto (Cyber Weapons Z and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon) tells this love story of two people and the dance craze that changes their lives, mixing in death, action, intrigue and hip dance moves.

ParaPara is a game similar to Dance Dance Revolution, which is based on upper body and hand movements that some compare to the Macarena. Both have a significant base of hardcore followers, who try to follow along with the person on the screen (using sensors) of arcade games, as well as (import only) Playstation videogames. ADVision's SuperGALS anime title, about the subculture of Japanese girls intensely into these dance styles (kogals), features ParaPara dancing in the opening credits.

Andy Seto, after nearly 20 years in comics, beginning with Jade Dynasty Publishing, has developed a loyal fan base.
