DC Comics has announced that it will collect all of the Alan Moore DC Universe stories into a single volume, DC Universe: The Stories of Alan Moore, for release in January. The 304-page volume will include sixteen stories by Moore, along with an excerpt from his proposal for Killing Joke and text pieces by Dave Gibbons and Paul Kupperberg. The sixteen stories include Batman: The Killing Joke (with Brian Bolland) and 'Superman: Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow' (with Curt Swan, George Perez, and Kurt Schaffenberger), neither of which has ever been collected before. Other stories in the collection include collaborations with Dave Gibbons, Joe Orlando, Rick Veitch and Al Williamson, and Klaus Janson. The book will feature a new cover by Brian Bolland, and retail for $19.99.
