Diamond Comic Distributors has informed its customers that credits that are due retailers who were part of the class-action suit against Marvel for breach of terms will appear on next week's invoices. The credits were 'applied to their Diamond accounts' on the last possible date, October 23rd (see 'Hibbs Marvel Settlement Closer'). This marks the end of a case that began over three years ago with retailer Brian Hibbs' suit against Marvel over late and mis-solicited books that were not made returnable, as required by Marvel's trade terms to retailers.
