Independent label Dancing Ferret Discs will release Where's Neil When You Need Him, a CD of 17 original songs inspired by the work of Neil Gaiman, on July 18th.  Tori Amos is the highest profile contributor; she'll contribute a remastered version of 'Sister Named Desire.'  Other acts with songs on the album include Voltaire, Azam Ali, The Cruxshadows, Thea Gilmore, Rasputina, and Future Bible Heroes.
