The rumors we've been hearing for weeks have been confirmed.  Dabel Brothers Productions will become an imprint of Marvel Comics, effective immediately.  All future releases, including the delayed-for-this-deal Anita Blake:  Vampire Hunter, by Laurell K. Hamilton (see 'Anita Blake:  Vampire Hunter), the upcoming series based on Kinley MacGregor's Lord of Avalon (see 'Dabel Brothers will Cross-Promote Licensed Comics'), and Monte Cook's Ptolus will be distributed to the trade by Marvel.

Dabel Brothers have had an itinerant history to get to this point, which is presumably the last stop for the publishers.  The company's output has previously been sold by Devil's Due (see 'Dabel Brothers Ankle Devils Due'), Alias (see 'Dabel Brothers Leave Alias'), and under its own brand.
