A partnership between Warner Bros, CW Network, and Sprint has produced a six-episode animated Smallville series, titled Smallville Legends:  The Oliver Queen Chronicles, which will premiere on the (really) small screen through Sprint TV's mobile video service. 

After the first six weeks, which started on Wednesday, the episodes will be available on the CW Network Website.
