GAMA (the Game Manufacturers Association) has announced that the GAMA Trade Show will set a record for the number of exhibiting companies for the third consecutive year.  We counted 142 exhibiting companies, and while that's a minor increase from last year's final list of 139, there's currently an exhibitor waiting list and the over-all interest in the show definitely appears to be up.  The association is anxiously awaiting the completion of a new addition to its host hotel to provide expanded exhibit space beginning in 2004, which will allow it to accommodate more exhibitors.

The GAMA trade show will be held March 19-21 at the Orleans Hotel in Las Vegas, and looks to be another great show for pop culture retailers (for a look at last year's, see 'GAMA Trade Show Opens Big').  Schedule and other information on the show will follow shortly.
