Use Games Quarterly as its quarterly catalogue.  Also produces a weekly sell sheet/newsletter, and uses e-mails and mass faxes.  Phone reps; no field reps.

 

Ordering methods: 

Takes advance orders on over 100 new products per month.  Ships new product orders as product accumulates (shipping any day there's enough to ship).  Orders are taken via phone, mail, fax, e-mail

 

Inventory/backlist orders:

Stocks predominantly games, offering approximately 25,000 skus in that cateogory, plus about 100 model skus and a smattering of products in the anime and game-related comic and graphic novel categories.

Backlist orders are shipped same day with a 3 p.m. order cutoff.  Backlist orders may also be consolidated with advance order shipments.  Backorders available, also special orders for products not normally stocked.

Flat pricing with early pay discounts, plus freight.
