Becoming an account

Retailers should purchase products through selected distributors. Selling direct to retailers is done very rarely; only if they cannot find a distributor to purchase the product from. Distributors carrying their products include Alliance, Diamond Comic Distributors, ACD, Berkeley To Line, Gameboard, Wargames West, Lion Ramant, Georgia Music, etc. Consumers are able to buy products direct through their warehouse affiliate, Wizard's Attic or they can purchase products directly (it's preferred that they purchase through Wizard's though).

Marketing

Consumer marketing: Advertising in magazines, online, and distributor catalogues. Conventions attended on a regular basis. Website maintained and consumer catalogue produced. Trade marketing: Advertising in trade magazines, online, and distributor catalogues. Trade shows attended. Trade catalogue produced. Website features a trade area. Retailer mailings and emails done as well

Products/orders

Orders for products are solicited in advance of production. Advance orders help gauge production quantities. Products are generally available for reorder after initial release.
