Opening an account:

A business license or retail certificate is required. Also must have a store front location (and must provide a store front and interior photo). First time wholesale customers can use a credit card. Standard credit terms are net 30 days. Minimum initial order is $250.00 (which will be shipped C.O.D. or paid by a money order).

Monthly retailer catalog is available. Also uses e-mails and maintains a website which features an on-line catalog.

Ordering methods:

Pre-orders through monthly distributor catalog, advanced orders and reorders. Orders can be placed by mail, phone, fax and e-mail. And coming soon will be web based orders via a shopping cart.

Product lines:

Offering a wide line of new gaming (CCGs and RPGs) products from a wide range of manufacturers and publishers.

Inventory/backlist orders:

Maintains a large backlist of gaming products on-hand and for immediate reorder.  Product categories include RPGs and CCGs: around 8,000 sku's (including miniatures).

Same day shipping is available for backlist orders. Order cut-off is 4:00pm (EST). Consolidation of backlist orders available with advance order shipments. Backorders taken occasionally and special orders for products not normally stocked sometimes taken.

Shipping methods:

UPS is the standard method used. Pick-up also allowed.

Will pay UPS ground shipping fees on all continental U.S. orders (within three days ship time) with a wholesale cost of at least $250.00. Accounts over three days ship time will need to meet a minimum order of $400.00 wholesale for free freight. Foreign orders will have to pay full shipping costs. A COD cost of $5.50 is added to the cost of all orders whenever that method is used.
