A resale certificate is required. Credit terms established on the basis of a credit check. First time wholesale customers can use credit cards, and a short form application is available for accounts that wish to purchase on a COD basis.

Shipping methods:
Fedex is the preferred carrier and will be used if there are no other instructions from the customer. UPS, freight forwarders, overnight service, and pickups are used to get goods to customers.

WGW supports publisher/manufacturer programs for retailers.
Returns:
Returns accepted for damages and errors. Unsold, undamaged inventory is returnable if ordered through Pre-Order Returnable Section
International:
Sales outside of the U.S. to Canada and other countries are welcomed.

'All game distributors offer certain basic services, such as ordering, an 800 telephone number to call, and individual sales reps. At Wargames West Distribution, we consider ourselves partners with our retailers, and offer much more than impersonal order taking. We offer more custom programs, such as consultation for new stores and stores wishing to increase the types of games they carry. You can literally call anyone in our company for help on a topic, from our sales reps (who offer product information and advice) to our marketing department (who can help you design and place advertising) to our CFO (who can advise you on how to plan financially) all the way on up to our owner. We try to do as much as we can for the retailer, because we realize that we have resources and access to things that they do not. We encourage them to take advantage of that in any way possible.'
