Pre-orders through catalog (Games Quarterly), advance orders and reorders. Orders can be placed by mail, phone, fax, e-mail, mail-in disks, and by upload/download formatted files.

Inventory:

New product is shipped any day of the week when there's enough to warrant shipping. Same day shipping is available for backlist orders. Order cut-off is 5:00pm (EST). Consolidation of backlist orders available with advance order shipments. Backorders not usually taken and special orders for products not normally stocked will be investigated.

Pricing:

Flat discount pricing. Orders over $200.00 wholesale get shipped free freight (normal ground shipping).

UPS is the standard method of shipping. Other methods used include FedEx, and USPS. Pick-up also made available.
