Ted Mays of Gecko Books & Comics in Honolulu, Hawaii saw the news that Civil War books were going to be late (see 'Civil War Delays Rile Retailers'), and says he expected the books to be late based on who was working on them:

When Marvel announced the Civil War event, did anyone read the list of creators and NOT THINK that delays were inevitable?  I'm actually astounded they got three entire issues of Civil War out in the months for which they were solicited!  And if you think this is the LAST of the delays...
