Image Comics graphic novel O.C.T. (Occult Crimes Taskforce) is being developed as a TV show for A&E with Rosario Dawson (Sin City) and Walking Dead exec producer Gale Anne Hurd as executive producers, according to Hollywood Reporter.  Jorge Zamacona, who wrote and produced Witchblade along with other series such as Homicide: Life on the Street, will write and produce.  The comic miniseries was written by Dawson and David Atchison, with art by Tony Shasteen (see "Speakeasy Announces Rosario Dawson Comic").  It was originally announced by Speakeasy but published by Image Comics.
The property was in development as a film at Dimension (see "Dimension Snags 'O.C.T.'”), where Dawson had done a number of genre films, but that 2006 deal appears to have gone by the wayside.
Dawson, Hurd, Atchison, Shasteen, and Ford Gilmore will produce along with Zamacona, according to the report.
