Twentieth Century Fox has released the first teaser trailer for the 3-D Peanuts film produced by Blue Sky Studios (the Ice Age movies). It took two years for Fox and Blue Sky to get the rights to make what will be the first computer-animated feature starring the familiar characters from Charles Schulz’s beloved comic strip (see "Fox, Blue Sky to Produce 'Peanuts' Feature").
The 3-D Peanuts movie is slated to debut on November 6th, 2015, the 65th anniversary of the first Peanuts television special (see "Best in Shows Q4, 2015"), and it is clear from the familiar piano background music on the trailer, that those TV specials will have a stylistic impact on the new 3-D feature.
Due Out November 6th, 2015
