San Diego Comic-Con News: At San Diego Comic-Con, Marvel and Hasbro were displaying preview figures from their Marvel Legends Infinite Series 2015 line, as well as upcoming Marvel Legends figures.
According to ActionFigureFury, at the Hasbro Marvel panel, they announced that the first Marvel Legends 2015 wave will be entirely comic-based and will include Carol Danvers’ Captain Marvel (with alternate head), Machine Man, Modern Iron Fist, Dark Avengers Hawkeye, Marvel NOW! Scarlet Witch, Marvel NOW! Thor, and Modern Sentry. The Build-A-Figure for that wave will be Odin the All Father, which will also include parts to make a BAF King Thor figure (though some characters will need to be purchased twice to make both Build-A-Figures.)
That figure list (except for the Modern Sentry) matches (including the second head for Captain Marvel) our photo from the Hasbro booth here.
The later Marvel Legends 2015 Avengers Wave 2 will be a mix of movie and comic characters, according to the report, and will include Agent Coulson, Maria, Hill, and Nick Fury. The Marvel Legends Build-A-Figure for that wave will be a modern version of Thanos.
The Marvel Infinite Legends Spider-Man waves will include a comic-based Spider-Man, Mae Parker, Spider-Girl, Spider-Man 2099, and a Hobgoblin Build-A-Figure.
There will also eventually be a 6-inch 5-pack of Guardians of the Galaxy comic style/classic figures including Gamora, Drax, Star Lord, Rocket and Groot. It may be a retailer exclusive. Marvel also revealed that Nova was one of the best-selling Marvel Legends figures of all time, so Hasbro may make a second wave of Guardians of the Galaxy figures.
