New York Comic Con News: At the New York Comic Con, the interactive tour company Hero Ventures announced the first four tour stops for the traveling Marvel Experience roadshow. The Marvel Experience features a custom-made dome, six stories high at its apex, that encloses more than 80,000 square feet of space and has been designed to look like a S.H.I.E.L.D. installation. Attractions at the Marvel Experience include a 4D motion ride, plus interactive games, and original short animated films.
The Marvel Experience will have its "previews" during a December 12th through January 3rd stay at Salt River Fields in Phoenix, before moving to Dallas for its official premiere, which will take place at the Cotton Bowl on January 9th, 2015. The Marvel Experience tour will stay in each locale for about three weeks. After leaving Dallas on February 2nd, the tour moves to San Diego at the Del Mar Fairgrounds (February 7--February 22), and San Francisco (February 27 to March 22 at AT&T Park).
After this four-stop western tour, the Marvel Experience is slated to head for the East Coast.
Official Premiere in Dallas on Jan. 9, 2015
