At Comic-Con International Bongo Comics told ICv2 that it will release, in association with HarperCollins, the Simpsons/Futurama Crossover Crisis Collection hardcover (working title) in the second quarter of 2008.

The deluxe hardcover will collect the Futurama/Simpsons Infinitely Secret Crossover Crisis two-issue mini-series from 2002 and the Simpsons/Futurama Crossover Crisis II two-issue mini-series from 2005, which will be rounded out with some new pages.

In addition, there will be a brand new story, 'Chilly Chilly Bang Bang' and a reprint of Simpsons #87, 'Hail to the Cat,' which was alluded to in the crossover.

Other additional special features are still being discussed, and a cover price is yet to be determined.  The release date of the book will tie in to the release date of the second direct to DVD Futurama movie (see 'Futurama going direct to DVD').
