The peripatetic Dabel Brothers Publishing (see 'Dabel Brothers Move on Again') has signed with Del Rey for book channel distribution.  Del Rey EIC Betsy Mitchell negotiated the deal.

The first three properties will be Dean Koontz's Frankenstein:  Prodigal Son (see 'Dabels Do Koontz'), Jim Butcher's The Dresden Files (see 'Dabels Do 'Dresden Files''), and George R. R. Martin's Wild Cards.  All three will be launched as comics in Spring 2008, with the first graphic novels planned for summer/fall 2008.

Dabel Brothers will continue to operate as an independent company, working with Del Rey to expand the company's reach into bookstores and libraries.
