Jim Crocker of  Modern Myths in Northampton, Massachusetts, saw Steve Bennett's recent column (see 'Confessions of a Comic Book Guy--The Marriage Penalty') and asks that Bennett consider focusing on advice to retailers on improving sales:

'Though I am well and truly sick of the unchallenged worldview they present.  I'll get into that next time.'

Preacher Steve!  Please, for the sake of the flock who reads your column, take a deep breath, make peace with the First Amendment and the fact that there's an audience for books that in a decent world there wouldn't be one for, and please, please, PLEASE maybe circle back around to telling us how we might possibly sell more comics?

How about a column where you run down a good list of some church-friendly titles to sell as alternatives to these horrid secular screeds?  Give us news we can use!
