Zenescope Entertainment has acquired comic rights for The Straw Men, a bestselling 2002 novel by Michael Marshall.  The Straw Men, Marshall's first novel, will be adapted into a comic series with art by Brett Weldele, and collected into a graphic novel.  The series launches in June in standard comic format at $2.99. 

A thriller, The Straw Men got high praise when Stephen King called it 'brilliantly written and scary as hell,' and 'a masterpiece.'
