Diamond Comic Distributors and Alliance Game Distributors have announced that they will host a 2008 Retailer Summit in Las Vegas, the first such event west of the Mississippi since 2003, on September 7-9, 2008.  The annual Ft. Wayne Retailer summit will be held October 10-12, 2008.

The Vegas event will be held at Bally's which was the generally well received new location for GAMA Trade Show in 2007. 

In 2007, Diamond Retailer Summits hosted reps from 485 stores and 85 vendors at the two events in Baltimore and Ft. Wayne.
