Marlon Wayans has joined the cast of G.I. Joe as Ripcord, the leader of the military unit, according to Variety.  Joseph Gordon-Levitt is also in talks to join the film. 

The ensemble cast for the film is coming together (see 'Byun-hung Lee to Portray Storm Shadow'), with Sienna Miller, Ray Park, and Rachel Nichols already cast.
