Eon Kid, a co-production of Manga Entertainment and the Korean animation studio Designstorm, has added four more licensees to a list that already includes Playmates Toys.  The Eon Kid animated series, which appears on the Kids' WB Saturday morning block, has earned solid ratings (see 'Eon Kid Getting Good Ratings') and has been winning its target 2-11 year-old demographic.

Playmates Toys is coming out with a line of Eon Kid toys that will debut this spring in over 2000 Wal-Mart stores (along with most Toys 'R Us outlets), and the series has also attracted four new merchandise partners including 3 Point Entertainment, which has acquired licenses to produce Eon Kid Trading Card Games and trading cards.

Other new licensees include C-Life Apparel, which has won the right to produce t-shirts and fashion tops, Mad Dog Apparel, which will do sleepwear and socks, and Concept 1, which has the right to produce bags, hats and cold weather accessories.
