Rogue Wolf Entertainment Inc., a publisher of Webcomics, has acquired Cold Cut Distribution and is in the process of moving the independent distributor's operation from Salinas, California to Chicago, Illinois.  Cold Cut is an independent reorder distributor (it does not solicit pre-release orders) that has provided flat discount rates to retailers seeking to reorder a wide range of independent comics since 1994.

During the move retailers can still place orders on the Cold Cut Website, but should note that orders placed now will be delayed somewhat during the transition.  According to Lance Stahlberg, Vice President of Rogue Wolf, the company will be up to speed and shipping from its new Chicago location by the end of February.  Rogue Wolf promises to offer the same flat discount rates and to seek to extend the same payment terms to previous Cold Cut customers.
