Corgi International Limited has sold its Cards Inc. brand to UK games distributor Esdevium Games.  Esdevium Games has acquired the Cards Inc. brand name, its trading card game, and sticker and collectible card-based businesses.  However Cards Inc. will still be distributing other sorts of collectible pop culture items as Popco Distribution.

Corgi acquired Cards Inc. along with Master Replicas back in late 2006 (see “Corgi Acquires Cards Inc.”).
