Media Blasters is releasing the sixth collection of the 1980s classic Voltron cartoon series on September 30th.  Voltron Volume Six: Vehicle Voltron (MSRP $34.99) is a three-disc set that includes 450 minutes of cartoon action.  The series of Voltron boxsets has been one of Media Blasters’ most popular offerings and the company has two more Voltron sets to release.  If the Voltron live action film ever gets made (see “Voltron Movie Close”), the popularity of Media Blasters’ Voltron releases should take off even further.

In addition to putting out Voltron boxsets Media Blasters has also begun releasing the anime series on which Voltron was based.  The second Beast King Go-Lion set is due to be released in August.
