Fantasy Flight Games has acquired all rights to Days of Wonder’s BattleLore fantasy battlefield game system, the companies announced today.  In addition to the intellectual property rights, FFG also acquired moulds and unsold inventory related to the game, its expansions, and the recently announced Troll Map expansion.

Richard Borg, who designed BattleLore (as well as Memoir '44, also published by Days of Wonder), has agreed to develop expansions for BattleLore for FFG.  Memoir '44 will continue to be published by Days of Wonder, with expansions by Borg.
