Working on 'Iron Man 2' Story

Iron Man star Robert Downey Jr. panned Dark Knight and threw in an expletive for DC Comics for good measure, in an interview with Moviehole recently.  “Didn’t get it, still can’t tell you what happened in the movie, what happened to the character and in the end they need him to be a bad guy,” he said.  “You know what?  @%&# DC Comics.  That’s all I have to say and that’s where I’m really coming from.”

Downey also said that he is working with director Jon Favreau and writer Justin Theraux (see “Iron Man 2 Has Writer”) on the story for the Iron Man 2 script, and that they’re trying to stay true to the feel of the first film.  “I think it’s appropriately well thought out so that we don’t forget what got us the response that we appreciated so much,” he said.
