Movie rights to Viper’s Villains comic series have been acquired by Universal, and Matt Jennison and Brent Strickland, who did a script for Wonder Woman, (see "Warners Buys Wonder Woman Script”), have been signed to do the script, according to Hollywood Reporter. 

The Viper comic miniseries by Adam Cogen and Ryan Cody will be collected into a trade paperback for release in December.  The story follows a 20-something slacker who gets supervillain lessons from the retired villain in his neighborhood.
