NBM Publishing has announced that it will publish a collection of the first two years of the daily strips featuring Maggie and Jiggs as part of its Forever Nuts series.  George McManus’ Bringing up Father will be released in May of 2009 as an 11”x6-1/2” hardcover with b/w interior art, a similar package to the other Forever Nuts books. 

The strips date from 1913+.  The McManus strip became the second longest running strip of the 20th century.

This is the third volume in NBM's Forever Nuts series.  The first two featured Mutt and Jeff and Happy Hooligan.
