News of two more Obama comic appearances came in today, one a superhero story and the other a non-fiction biography.
Image has announced that
Youngblood #8 (due out in February) will include a six-page back-up story featuring President-elect Obama, written and drawn by Rob Liefeld.
In the story, Obama will select the next line-up of
Youngblood, which will lead into a story due for release in May (
Youngblood #9) in which the White House comes under siege.
And on the non-fiction front, Kyle Baker has announced on his blog that HarperCollins has asked him to stop work on his Toussaint biography to create a biography of Obama, which he promises will be “a totally different take on the material.”
