Glen A. Larson, producer of the original Battlestar Galactica series and consulting producer of the SciFi Channel series, is in negotiations with Universal to write and produce a Battlestar Galactica feature film, according to Hollywood Reporter.  The film would have no connection to the SciFi series, according to the article, although characters such as Adama, Starbuck, and Baltar would remain.
