IDW announced that its Star Trek prequel miniseries, Star Trek:  Countdown, is now available on iPhone, iPod, and Android mobile devices through iVerse Media’s digital distribution system.  Although IDW has previously made some titles available on mobile devices (see “Contract with God on iPhone”), this is the first of its licensed titles that we’ve seen as part of the program. 

The first three issues are available now; the fourth will be available April 1st, the same day the print version is released.
