Sci Fi Channel has ordered three four hour movies from RHI Entertainment, including a pilot for a potential Phantom TV series on the network, according to Hollywood Reporter. The green light for a future series would depend on the ratings achieved by the movie. Like The Phantom, the success of the Riverworld movie, based on the Philip Jose Farmer novels, will determine whether a series is made.
