The core rulebook for the Judge Dredd roleplaying game (see “New Judge Dredd RPG”) will ship in July.  The 256-page color hardcover will carry a $50 MSRP in the States. 

The Judge Dredd RPG is written by Lawrence Whitaker, using the Traveller rule set.  Players will take the role of judges in Mega-City, protecting its 360 million citizens from bad guys on their heavily armed Lawmaster bikes. 

A new Judge Dredd film has been greenlit (see “New Judge Dredd Film Greenlit”), and is supposed to go into production this year.
