One of the best parts of Comic-Con is the incredible scene that plays out at the show, from the fantastic to the surreal.  Here are a few of our favorite images, presented chronologically as they were taken on Friday.

We saw this character step in front of a kid (maybe 16) and say “Where are you going?”  Without missing a beat, the kid pointed two fingers at his head and said, “To hell, and I’m taking you with me!”

Points for trying to color-coordinate the hair.

Nick Fury and friends at the Marvel booth.

Some things need no comment.

Emily took in the show from the Dark Horse booth.

Note the tail.

It’s not easy to navigate Comic-Con on stilts.

Naruto was standing tall at the Viz booth.

This was a huge mob around the Lucasfilm booth, some of whom didn’t even notice the large group of Clone Wars characters posing.
