Rick Eddleman, who pled guilty to embezzling from former TCG powerhouse Decipher, where he was VP-finance (see “Guilty Plea in Decipher Case”), was sentenced to 36 years in prison on Monday, according to published reports.  All but six years and five months of the sentence were suspended.  Eddleman was also ordered to pay $910,000 in restitution after his release, and will remain on probation until he does so.

Decipher also has a civil judgment of $8.9 million against Eddleman, who has few assets.
