Fan Expo Canada drew over 59,000 unique attendees to its 15th annual show in Toronto last weekend, according to organizer Hobby Star marketing.  The attendance represents a 23% growth over the 2008 show.   

The multi-category show, which includes gaming, horror, comics, science fiction and anime, is the #3 show of its type in North America, after San Diego Comic-Con International (#1) and New York Comic Con (#2).
