TopTenReviews has acquired the Consumer Media Division of Imaginova, which includes Newsarama, Space.com, and LiveScience.   Imaginova had acquired Newsarama from the founders two years ago, in October 2007 (see “Imaginova Acquires Newsarama”). 

TopTenReviews, the 4th largest technology news site, is being combined with the Imaginova sites into TechMediaNetwork, which will have 12.2 million visitors each month. 

TopTenReviews is a privately held, venture-funded company (Highway 12 Ventures and Village Ventures).  It promises expanded consumer reviews to include products and services related to the new properties.
