Konami is launching weekly league play for its Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s TCG at participating retailers this month.  Official Tournament Stores will need only a supply of Turbo Packs and a reliable judge to participate. 

League play will center around different deck formats each month.  This month’s deck format requires that the Main Deck includes four Earth, four Fire, four Water, and four Wind Monsters.   

Players will meet weekly and play a Swiss Round event using their decks from that month’s format. The entry fees will be $5, for which a player will receive a Turbo Pack.  Players (and winners) accumulate points, and prizes (Turbo Packs) will be awarded monthly based on total points.

Top finishers and creative decks will have opportunities to be featured on the Yu-Gi-Oh! Website.
