Fans of Lord of the Rings will soon be able to quaff their favorite beverages in collectible steins, tankards, and mugs from Taverncraft, which recently acquired a license to produce the drinkware from Middle Earth Enterprises. 

The first Lord of the Rings release will be a series of steins based on The Hobbit, beginning with a 10” fine-grain stoneware stein with art by fantasy artist Matthew Stawicki.  Each stein will feature bas-relief sculpting and a solid pewter lid. 

Taverncraft has recently begun distributing its World of Warcraft steins to the hobby, and plans to do the same with its Lord of the Rings line.
