The TDmonthly awards are based on a number of criteria including play value, safety, price-point versus quality, social value, and reviews by retailers, consumers and the TDmonthly staff. Hey! In Hey! That’s My Fish! Deluxe! players’ penguins jump from ice floe to ice floe hunting fish. The object of the game, which teaches forward planning, strategy as well as counting and addition skills, is to block other players’ penguins and secure the best fishing grounds for your penguin family.
