Stan Lee's 'Heroman' Anime

Debuting in Japan in April

Heroman, the anime series resulting from a collaboration between Stan Lee’s Pow! Entertainment and the anime studio Bones, is set to debut in Japan on TV Tokyo’s network in April. The Heroman project was first announced in April of 2008 (see “Stan Lee Working on TV Anime”).  Last summer Square Enix began publishing a manga by Tamon Ota based on the Heroman property (see “Stan Lee’s Heroman Gets Manga”).

According to the Anime News Network, Heroman is the saga of a boy named Joey, who lives on the West Coast and discovers a toy robot that can transform into a giant robot named Heroman that Joey pilots.
