Yen Press has announced two yon koma (four panel gag strip) manga series, a food manga, a novel series, and a new volume by Emile Bravo for this fall.

K-ON, by kakifly, features four girls who make up their high school music club, launching in November.  The first volume of Melancholy of Suzumiya-Haruhi-Chan will be released in October.  The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, also from Yen, has been one of the Top Ten Shonen Properties (see “Top 10 Shonen Properties”).

In November, Yen will launch Not Love but Delicious Foods, a food manga featuring depictions of food and eateries.

A bungaku shojo novel series by Mizuki Nomura will launch with Book Girl and the Suicidal Mime in July.

And from Europe comes Goldilocks and the Seven Squat Bears, by award-winner Emile Bravo, telling the story of seven diminutive bears and a much larger Goldilocks, along with characters from other famous fairy tales.
