Bandai America has delayed the release of its Resident Evil Deckbuilding Game from Halloween to November 19th, but Bandai is planning a full slate of promotional activities, which will start on Halloween weekend (October 29-31st) when customers will have a chance to get a sneak preview of the game when demo copies of the game are made available to hobby dealer nationwide.  Customers who pre-order the game before November 19th will receive two exclusive promo cards not available in the regular game.  Retailers interested in holding Resident Evil Halloween events should contact Bandai America.

The Resident Evil Deckbuilding Game (MSRP $29.99) is based on a well thought out concept (see “Resident Evil Deckbuilding Game”) that ties in nicely with the popular Capcom zombie-killing video games and the highly successful movie franchise.  Zombies are hot and now there will be another game to take advantage of the growing interest in this horror subgenre, which should get another boost when The Walking Dead TV series, which is based on the Image Comic, debuts on AMC on Halloween.
